  I’m typically not the kind of person who goes out of my way to leave a negative review. In fact, I’ve never felt the need to until now. My biggest issue isn’t even that the detailing job wasn’t completed to the standard I expected. Mistakes happen. What’s disappointing is what happened afterward. The owner acknowledged the issues, promised to come back to correct the work, and even offered to ceramic coat my windows to make things right. Unfortunately, after making those promises, he completely stopped responding and has since ghosted me. If the work had simply been corrected as promised, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead, I was left with unfinished work and no communication. I’ll be uploading screenshots of our messages so others can see the timeline and judge for themselves. If you’re looking for a detailer who stands behind their work and follows through on their word, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
