The guys at D2 were excellent! Very responsive to requests for quote and call backs with additional info. Courteous and helpful setting up drop off and pick up. And the quality of the window tinting is phenomenal. No wrinkles or bubbles. It’s already made a huge difference in my driving experience.

I took my car in shortly after purchasing to be detailed, the front windows tinted to match the privacy glass, and my windshield tinted at 70%. I know windshields are to be left untouched, but it's practically clear and it makes a HUGE difference in UV exposure. Oh my gosh, if there's one thing I'm doing on every future car, it's getting ceramic film on the windshield. I felt like my pale skin was burning on every sunny day prior to getting this done. Also, after having LASIK, my eyes have been more sensitive to light. Getting this ceramic film on has made an incredible difference in my skin not feeling like nuclear radiation is hitting it everyday and my eyes don't feel as troubled by the sun. I felt like I needed my privacy glass tinted too in order to get a better match and for general privacy so I scheduled another appointment. The car looks beautiful. Derrick is so professional and has a vibrant personality. It's a nice feeling to be in a place that's comfortable, no pressure, and professional. He answered my many questions with kindness. I did end up having an edge that didn't set flat on my windshield dot matrix and he got me in ASAP and it looks and functions great. I appreciate that kind of professional service. He's extremely responsive to texts and that gives me even more confidence in his work. I've never had tinted windows in a car before this. Definitely worth it so far. I also plan on going back for detailing! Black cars are so stunning, but they need maintenance to look their best. D2 is the place to go to keep your vehicle looking sexy and sleek.

D2 auto detailing was an excellent company to work with. They scheduled me promptly and answered all my questions. They even changed my appointment from their shop to home detailing. Logan did an excellent job! He showed up on time and was very professional. I hadn’t cleaned out the inside of my car in a long time, so there was years of gummy candy stuck to the seats, etc! He had my car looking like new within a few hours! I will definitely use them again!

I paid $150 for a mobile exterior wash and interior detail. The convenience of having the service done at my home was great, and the interior cleaning met my expectations. The exterior, however, left me disappointed. There were several soap streaks left behind on the front windshield, one of the side doors, and around the rear hatch/trunk area. I ended up having to grab my own cleaner and microfiber towel to remove them. For a professional detail at this price point, I expected more attention to those finishing touches. The tires were dressed, but they also appeared to have leftover debris from the wash still stuck to them, making the finished look less polished. My biggest frustration was that the crew left without asking me to inspect the vehicle or making sure I was satisfied with the work. That eliminated the opportunity to point out these issues so they could have been corrected on the spot. Instead, the only follow-up was an electronic invoice and survey. Overall, the interior was good, but the exterior quality control and customer walk-through need improvement. With better attention to detail and a final inspection before leaving, this easily could have been a much higher rating.
