Had a great experience with D5 Car Detailing! The owner is kind, and hospitable! I arrived immediately greeted with a smile, they offered beverages EVEN asked if the temperature of the AC was comfortable for me! I came to get my vehicles ceramic coated, since my family owns a lot of them! it’s a lot easier for us to get them coated for maintenance reasons. The reason why we come to D5 car detailing is because of the warranties they have on their ceramic coatings, the communication is spectacular whether it’s calling the main line or the technicians I’m always greeted with kindness and excitement! The energy of this shop is amazing, they know all clients by name. As for the work, the quality is amazing! My dad is very specific with who he allows to touch his vehicles and my dad loves the D5 crew! They treat your vehicle as their own, i’m beyond comfortable with all the techs! Sometimes I get busy with work, and am not able to drop off the vehicles to them and they either come to work mobile at my garage or they pick up and drop off my vehicles for me! These guys are amazing, all my vehicles are glossy and shiny. I barely need to get them washed, they walk you through how to properly care for you vehicles after getting them coated! I didn’t know much about ceramic coatings however the technicians are patient and will explain and answer any questions you may have. By far the treatment here is so good I can’t wait to get a new car and come back! Felt like a spa LOL!

Nick & Steph are the best! My car looks absolutely brand new and even more than brand new! I highly recommend them to everyone. They came right to my house and did it in my driveway and it’s amazing!!! Book them now!

Nick and Steph came out to my home in Lake Zurich to detail my black truck. A few days prior I thought I would tackle the compound and polish myself which ended up scratching the paint. I looked up D5 detailing and gave them a call. They came out the very next morning to detail my the right way. Nick was able to remove the swirl scratches and they were done in less than 3 hours. The truck is back to looking brand new and I am confident once again driving down the road. Thanks D5!

Nicolas and Steph did an amazing job on my car, I have not had it cleaned since i bought it and now it looks factory new. They even managed to remove the years of dog hair!
