Service was absolutely disappointing. Dirty windshield, door panels and center console not cleaned, dust on the dashboard and upholstery. Essentially this was a basic car wash and vacuum for $300. Rather than give a bad, review I let the detailers know of my dissatisfaction but didn’t even receive a response. I basically feel like I got scammed. So here is my review.

I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The reviews are outstanding. The service I received was not. The passenger side was not vacuumed under the floor mat. It does not appear that the back seat was vacuumed at all. Spots were left on the windshield, rear window, and rearview mirrors. Seats do not appear to have been vacuumed, either. Can not recommend at all for the price 9f $269 that was charged for the service.

Brett and Henry detailed my Honda and it looks better than it ever has, they are great guys and great to work with, they also put a clearcoat on one of my cars and they have always been fair and very well priced

Car was mostly cleaned, which alone was a huge job. Was disappointed with the wet dog type smell, leftover crumbs/dirt, and some stains that were not steam cleaned. I feel like they had a tight schedule and my dirty car did not fit in that schedule.

They wrapped my truck last year and it looked absolutely amazing for a few months. In less than a year, it has started peeling and bubbling and looks horrible. I have a warranty on the wrap, so my husband has called, and text SEVERAL times over the last few months to get it fixed with no response at all. When I called, I was told someone would reach out to make an appointment. Crickets. No answer,no call back, nothing. I now have to take my truck elsewhere to have the wrap redone. They were a waste of my time and money.
