I cannot recommend Deluxe Detail enough! They did an absolutely amazing job on my husband’s F-150. He works in construction, and the truck had been used as a work vehicle for the past four years without ever having a professional cleaning. We honestly weren’t sure it could look this good again! The truck came back looking almost brand new inside. Every detail was taken care of, and the transformation was incredible. On top of the outstanding work, they were extremely easy to schedule with, very reasonably priced, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a detailer who does quality work and provides excellent customer service, Deluxe Detail is the company to call. We will definitely be using them again!

Flawless from beginning to end! That includes the finish on the vehicle and customer service. The team at Deluxe Detail LLC started the process with returning message and calls in a timely manner. I know that sounds like an odd thing start the review but it is surprising how many business do not answer messages/calls or are so late that the message is no longer relevant. The team communicated with me all the way from creating an estimate, making an appointment, dropping off the vehicle, pick up with a detailed information and all the way to follow up appointments. I can't believe how good my Mazda CX-5 looks. People have been amazed when they have seen it in person and pictures. The team will tell you can't go back in time (mine is a 2023) but I think we went back a couple of years. Everyone was so kind and professional. When I received the estimate, I wanted to change a couple of things around... no problem! I was accommodated on the spot. I was even sent pictures of the vehicle as they worked on it. I had a lot of questions and a bit of a tight schedule. It was all managed to perfection. Make sure to ask about touchless washes in your area (they know them all) and the "Care Bible" to keep everything looking good. Thanks everyone!

Randy and his crew are true professionals! And their customer service is unmatched. I live in Valparaiso so they gave me a ride to and from the South Shore train so I could leave the car for a couple of days. Then they dropped me off downtown to kill some time while waiting for the 2 week inspection. The Southbend Chocolate Factory is highly recommended for this. This was very nice of them and I’m truly thankful. The car looks amazing! I’m impressed with how shiny and smooth it turned out, especially with all the water spots they had to remove from my daily wand sprays to clean off all the salt and filthy grime. It was the worst part of winter. The PPF is invisible and a perfect fit. The ceramic coating is silky smooth and the shine is as glossy as you’ll ever see! The tint on the front windows match perfectly now with the other factory tinted windows. They even cleaned my blue jean transfer from the white front seat. I couldn’t be happier with how wonderful the car turned out. I tip my hat to everyone at Deluxe Details for all their hard work protecting my car and making it look so beautiful!

Super place to get expert detail work done and done right the first time. Randy and his crew are top notch. By far one of the best in the area. I purchased a 2026 Ram 3500 and it went right over to them for buffing, paint film protection, ceramic coating & window tinting. I spent a lot of money on this truck purchase and want it to last, so I took it to Deluxe Detail after doing some homework. Absolutely great choice. Restores my faith in customer service, knowing that there are businesses that still care. We just picked up our third vehicle project from Deluxe Detail and "Deluxe Service" is what you get. You can't ask for any better customer service or quality of work. Randy's crew are great folks. Highly recommend for your Paint Film Protection, Ceramic Coating & Window Tint. Very meticulous service. We just took our vehicle back for the 2 week check up and it got washed, polished and looked like a million bucks. I mean to say that you won’t find another shop with such dedication. They go above and beyond. Thank you Deluxe Detail.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience getting ceramic tint and ceramic coating done here! From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident about the work being done. The attention to detail was absolutely top-notch. You can tell they truly care about quality and take pride in what they do. The paint protection film on the entire front end & ceramic coating on the whole vehicle + ceramic tint looks flawless, and gave my car an amazing deep gloss and protection that really stands out. If you’re looking for super nice people who deliver detailed, high-quality work, this is the place to go. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back!
