When I first made my appointment for 1 step paint correction they were very responsive and eager to provide the device….once their detailer came by he actually recommended their 2 step paint correction because it was better and guaranteed it would remove everything and paint would remain as new so I agreed to do it….the car came out looking good after he was done….well it turns out after 3-4 months the car looks like how it did before the 2 step paint correction was done….I would’ve never agreed to do any of the paint correction if it was going to turn out like this, especially after their detailer guaranteed it would remain looking like new and would never return to its original condition…..I’ve tried reaching out multiple times since early April to try and figure out a solution and they have completely ignored all of my messages….see WhatsApp messages on the photos I uploaded for this review.

I purchased a 2023 Acura TLX Type S and it is my first “luxury” car. I wanted to make sure that I took some precautionary steps to keep it looking as new as possible and protect the paint. I already had some swirls in the paint although it was brand new from the dealer. I did some research and actually found them in Groupon for ceramic coating. I saw they had great reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. They were friendly and communicative. I love the way my car looks. The swirls were not only gone but it was so shiny! Definitely recommend them.

Alex worked on my model 3 and did a fantastic job on the ceramic coating. The paint looks so much more brilliant and shiny. Also they are super responsive and helpful, would highly recommend.

Got my 2023 M340 ceramic coated at Drexler Ceramic and I am so happy with the results! The price was very fair, they were friendly, great communication and were able to be flexible with my on short notice. Highly recommend if you care about your car, especially if it’s black. It also looks significantly better than when I bought the car thanks to their paint correction being included in their ceramic coating package.

I bring my car today with a serious need to be cleaned and I am THRILLED by the quality of their work! I would recommend to anyone. This is place is the best place in Miami to take care of your car. My car looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the result. Service was first class. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars, you clearly deserve more!
