If I could give 0 stars I would, they scored and cut the paint on my super rare Supra. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is scary especially on a vehicle such as this. If you can’t do a PPF job correctly then you should say that and be honest with your customers. I would run the other way specially if you have a super specialty rare car. Super disappointed. Stay far away from these guys Nice lies by you and your team, must be why you wrote a 10-page rebuttal. That isn't what I said, I would drop my car on a Monday and you all would still be working on it when I came in to pick it up on Friday. STEK USA tried to get you to give me my money back. STEK gave me the materials to replace your poor workman ship and who is going to believe that I would take a razor blade and score up my own paint? Your shop itself is very dimly lit. The REAL shop I took it too has taken pictures and video as well. So, continue to lie by all means. I said nothing is special about a 718 Cayman Boxster be it a GT4 since I was being ignored. It is nice to know that you put shop cars over customers, and when I picked up on the damage you lied and said you did not do it. I am having another shop fix it, and them or any other shop if these pictures were posted online would know what you did and who did it. I suggest you all do better. If you have any car worth over $80k I would scream and run far away from these people. I should get all my money back cause the damage you all did far exceeds the cost of installation. Continue to lie, the truth will come out, and I suggest you all stick to detailing and Modesta. Leave the PPF to people who know what they are doing. You are not much of quality of person when you cannot own up to your mistakes, return phones calls, or address the issues with your supplier when they try to reach out. The qualities you display on the outside are the same on the inside and reflect in the workmanship your shop does and perform. Don't worry I would not
