The first time I walked into this store, Mynor treated me like family and took the time not only to explain but answer any questions I had. Awesome for all your detailing needs! Always welcoming when I go in. Ever since the first time I came into the shop it’s the only place I go for all my detailing supplies. Keep up the great work!

Initial interactions were great. My husband seems to like the tint but upon completion we paid and my husband was told that card was declined. I showed them that the transaction was debited from my bank account. The transaction states pending. The “business partner” Julio argued with me on the phone telling me to pay him the 370 again with Zelle and that he would then refund me if both transactions processed. I explained to him that he is a business owner and I am a customer. I should not have to pay them twice because his machine is reading incorrectly. He responded that he doesn’t know where I live and so how will he come after me if the pending payment does not go through. This is horrible business practice. I refused to pay him twice. He then decided to call their processing company and found out their machine had an issue and the payment did process. Aaron then gave us our keys and apologized for the inconvenience. Aaron was very professional and kind.
