I really can't say enough good things about Ryan and the entire team at Dockside. From start to finish, my entire experience as a first time boat buyer has been awesome...zero high pressure sales, and total piece of mind. A lot of businesses claim to be customer focused, and Dockside actually delivers. The level of service and thoroughness that's been provided to me feels more like I bought from a close family friend....or even a family member! Thank you to Ryan, Dan, and Tony for truly going above and beyond to make everything about buying and maintaining my boat absolutely stress free!

We had a great experience taking my older boat to them with an engine issue. I was worried they would keep it for weeks (it’s hot, we live on a lake & have grandchildren who love to anchor & swim). They quoted a price & said it would be done in 3 days. Much to my amazement, they called on day 3 saying it was ready & the price was UNDER what we thought it would be. Great professional service, absolutely would recommend!!!

I needed a mechanic to come to my house to fix my pontoon boat motor that would stall immediately after it was started. Dan Cline was the mechanic, and he had the entire rebuild, and replacement of a components completed within an hour of his arrival. He was on time, polite and it was amazing to watch him immediately address the issues with my boat. I highly recommend Dockside Mobile Marine if you are in need of service at your residence.

I installed a used engine on my boat, but it wouldn’t start because the controls needed to be programmed to the engine (fly-by-wire.) I called about a half dozen different dealerships, but they all refused to do service on my boat because I had installed the engine. Dockside Marine was willing to help. They were timely and sent out a gentleman with a tritoon trailer to pull the boat out of the water. He brought out the laptop and programmed my boat ‘Dockside’, so he didn’t end up needing to take the boat to the shop. I am so very happy with their service. For sure, I’ll be using them in the future for any boat needs!

DO NOT GO HERE. My dad brought our family boat here to get some things fixed near the end of may and it is almost the end of July and we are just now getting it. they never pick up the phone when you call for updates on your boat, they would call and give you the estimate for when your boat would be done then never get back to you about it being done. they lost or stole the trailer tongue lock the registration and keys they also would not work with him on the bill that ended up being $1000 even after our things where missing. the manager was rude, unprofessional and was not taking responsibility for the IMPORTANT things that where lost. DO DONT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE.
