In 2022 I brought my 2007 Lexus LS to DD for a full detail. They did an excellent job, so well that when it was time to have my 2017 Lexus done, I brought it to DD on June 23rd. I picked the car up on June 24th. The outside and inside were well done. The wheels, however, were spotted and the finish looked as though it had been belched. In talking with the owner, he said that it was something he used from his supplier to clean the wheels. He said he would make it right. I have returned at least three times, and I continue to get excuses as to when they can repair the damage. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with customer service. I am not sure if these are the same owners that did my car in 2022. It appears that I am on my own to get these wheels back to their original condition. The three stars are based on the interior and the exterior being done well, and the poor work on the wheels. If you must use DD, make sure they do not use any chemicals on your wheels, it will ruin them. For my Lexus the dealer says they can replace the wheels for around $300.00 each. I am writing this review on July 9, 2026. I just talked with the owner yesterday on July 8 and he still offers another excuse that the supplier has not delivered a polish to fix the wheels. This has been a three-week process! It has been three more weeks and I have not heard a word from DD, after they told me they would fix this problem. August 3, 2026. I just got the bill for having to refinish the wheels, $1,027.00. So much for a detail at Doctor Detail.

Just recently bought a used car, was smoked in heavily. Yellow headliner, smokes stains on plastics, and an extremely strong smell. I called and setup an appointment and I had my car back the next day. I was so pleased with the results. They made that car look and smell almost like it was new again. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a vehicle done!

Had a great experience at Doctor Detail Des Moines. Brought them a work construction pickup that I don't think it has ever been cleaned inside. After 10 years we are removing it from our work fleet. Brought it to DDDM for an interior cab detail before I trade it in. Now it looks better than I was expecting. The quality was fantastic, price was very fair and the work was done very efficiently. I will definitely go back to DDDM and would recommend you do so also.

My Honda CRV looks like brand new again! Very pleased with service - they picked up my vehicle, detailed it inside and out and brought it back to me in like new condition! Will definitely use Doctor Detail again!!

Top Tier Service! Had my truck ceramic coated and Dr Detail delivered. This is the second vehicle I have had similar work done. Very informative and they care about the quality of their work. Paint has a mirror like finish and I'm very happy with the outcome. Cameron will be sure the finished product is what you want and glad I trusted them with my vehicle.
