I recently purchased a remanufactured lower unit from Doug Russell Marine and initially had an issue with the shift shaft not engaging properly. I reached out, and they took care of it immediately—no hassle, no pushback. As soon as they received it they took care of it immediately and shipped it back. And once installed, everything worked exactly as it should. Things can happen with any product, but what matters is how a company responds. Doug Russell Marine handled it professionally and stood behind what they sold. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

Doug and his team saved my fishing trip with great advice and responsive service! After a trailer mishap, Doug personally stayed after hours and reviewed the issues. He offered several solutions and found a replacement trailer (and retrofitted it) in less than 2 days. I cannot thank him and his team enough. Great service, fair price and Doug’s personal attention resolved a very challenging situation. Thank you Doug!

Hey all, I needed an outdrive ASAP. DR went out of there way to get my outdrive half way across the country in three days time. They also had the best price that I could find and I searched. They called me back with all the shipping information as I had requested them to do. I could not be any happier about the whole experience I had with Doug Russell Marine. They are my go to marine distributor from here on out.

Just purchased a Bass Tracker Pro from Doug Russell Marine recently. I can sincerely state that the experience from A-to-Z was just about perfect. The owner Doug helped me personally through the Entire process from the day we met till the day he delivered the Boat to me. To show you how much detail was involved, there was a small light missing. He made sure that he found the light for my boat before I left. That’s what I call Service. No pressure, no gimmick, just straight talk.Very pleasant professional gentleman to do business with.
