I have a jeep. I paid $37 and when I got my car the dashboard is still dusty. The back cargo space was not vacuumed. This car wash included tire dressing which does not seem to be done. The gentleman who returned my keys noticed I had not been coming by lately. I had my car detailed a couple months ago else where and that young kid had been washing it and maintaining it. I came back here for convenience today. But I will be waiting for the young kid to do my car. He does a much better job. I don’t mind tipping him at all

My car has a 6 month old ceramic coating on it. I got water stains on it. So their manager recommended a wax. The cost was $100.00. After washing it, they said the stains would not come off. They wanted do charge me an additional $200? To buff them out. Prior to this I took a polishing towel and simple waterless car wash spray. They came off. I showed the manager what I did. So we proceeded with a wash. The true results are that their products are no good or the people doing the work have no idea what they're doing. Bottom line I have a broken ankle and cannot do myself. Good luck with your water stains folks.

This car wash cracked my wind shield. I tried to call their customer service line however I was only sent to ai/robotic answering machine. When I tried to call to complain about my windshield being cracked I was put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. Now I’m forced to go to a lawyer and file a lawsuit due to their inability to correct their mistakes. Do not get your car washed or detailed here. You risk getting your windshield damaged which costs 1200 dollars or more to fix. Do not try to speak to management because they will transfer you to a million different departments who tell you they cannot help you. If you have a complaint go directly to corporate but they STILL won’t help.

Very disappointing!!! They don’t clean the cars correctly they over charge for what!!! The outside looks worse than what it looked when I took it in!! The inside of the car was not cleaned correctly!!! The worse place to take your car!!! Lazy people work here!!!

They do your car so quick that they will miss things, that I will have to return sometimes for them to correct, the pictures shows how bad they did my car one time that they gave me another car wash at no charge , the front seats looked good and did the mistake not to check the whole car and left, and had to waist time to return the same day to show them the screwed up work, it happens too much for my liking, them missing simple things like dirty carpet, smudged windows, or dust on panel, and bird poop on car that I will no longer be returning... MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!!!!
