Remember to ask for parking validation! They're on G2 of the parking garage (you'll see yellow signs in the back right corner that say "Dr. Detail parking only") It was great to enjoy the mall while I waited. Then after I checked the car and paid, they met me at the parking garage exit on my way out with their validation code As for the clean, I got interior/exterior done for $156 which interestingly isn't on their "menu" (see my picture). It took about 3 hours. Exterior looked sparkly new. Interior looked great as well- floor mats were washed very thoroughly, squeaky clean, vacuumed, and shampooed all my seats. My car smells amazing. Things that were not included in my price: trunk mat soap/water wash, stubborn headrest stain removal, minor dust/dirt in small crevices. I suppose those would be covered in the higher price of $199+ My only two critiques are that their "menu" sign should be updated to include the $156 option to add clarity + I was not made aware until I arrived that they'd like to be paid in cash (which I did not have) or by phone (he did not pick up). They did have a card reader so it was fine but it added unnecessary time to my appointment. Otherwise, they did a solid job and the location is very convenient to shop or to explore Boston in the meantime.

Highly recommend! Excellent service from the start when booking. Our SUV looks brand new again and we so appreciate the incredible detail done to get it back in shape.

First time customer at Dr. Detail and couldn't be happier! It looks as when I originally left the dealership. I called and had an appointment for a complete detail within the week for a great price. The staff was accommodating to let me drop off my car earlier and simply pick it up when I was finished work. Every area looks spotless and shiny. Will definitely be back!

When I brought my car in, the interior was a mess. Manuel and Paolo went above and beyond. My car looks brand new, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend this place. Good price, value, and very convenient.

I had a great experience with Dr. Detail. I could get an appointment within 24 hours for my very dirty Honda CR-V. It’s convenient to drop off in the mall parking garage and they validate the parking of course. I did a regular interior detail and exterior wash and am so impressed with the work. The staff are so kind and professional! I will be a repeat customer.
