I recently purchased a 1986 15' skiff with a 50hp Johnson outboard. Being an older model and not particularly well maintained, it came with a few issues. When asking around some of the marinas in Acworth & Cherokee County, Mr. Eric with DRC Marine was recommended on several occasions. I gave them a call and Laura was able to schedule me in fairly quickly. Right from the start, I was so happy to have brought the boat to Eric. He met with me personallty and we discussed all the issues the boat was having, and he offered his opinions in what was most likely the problem. I left the boat with him for a complete diagnostic service and overall inspection. The work needed was completed quickly and at a fair price. The boat runs better than I could have ever hoped for!! Eric, his Dad and Red did a fantastic job. Their work is top notch and their inspection was very thorough. Very impressed with everyone at DRC Marine and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop that has highly skilled techs and exceptional customer service.

As a new boat owner with boat issues, you don’t know where to start. I took my boat to DRC Marine Repair because of their great reviews and man did they deliver. They talked with me twice on the phone for 30 minutes about the issues my boat was having and how to best fix it within my budget. I was also impressed with how sincere they were in ensuring that I was safe while boating, even providing me with a kill switch & taking the time to show me how to properly operate my boat. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in town. This is the only place I’ll take my boat now!

I recently purchased a 1998 bass boat. Being that I'm a new boat owner, I wanted the boat to be right before taking my son out fishing. I found DRC Marine, took the boat to them, and they went through it, checking everything. Replaced what needed to be replaced (spark plugs, water pump, lower gear oil, etc). They did the job fast and at a very reasonable price. I'm so pleased I took our boat to them. DRC Marine did a fantastic job! Red, Eric, and the whole team are GREAT guys! Again, I couldn't be happier with DRC Marine. My son and I have had the boat on the lake 6 times, and she runs like a champ. Thank you, DRC Marine for taking care of our boat.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was having issues with my mercury 115 getting fuel and I was trying to get my boat in somewhere quick so we could go on a trip next weekend. DRC was booked out a couple weeks, however, Eric went above and beyond to help me out. Eric talked on the phone with me a few times today trying to diagnose my motor issues and fix it over the phone. He even FaceTimed me after 6pm to help find a solution. He walked me through a few diagnostic tests and was able to find the issue and guide me in fixing it over the phone. I HIGHLY recommend using DRC Marine for any of your boat needs. He will be 100% honest with you and take care of you. I will be back for all my annual services and if any issues come up.
