  This is an absolute 5 star experience. Gabe at Driven Details does the best job! He is detail oriented, very friendly and respectful and all around just a great guy. I 100% recommend Driven Details. We put him to the test today and he passed with flying colors! My wife and i are so appreciative and excited “if you cant tell”! If you are thinking of getting a detail or any other of his services GO FOR IT!! You wont regret it! I tried to post a video but it wouldn't let me so heres a pic of my ride he just completed.

  That makes sense—and you can definitely phrase it in a way that’s fair without sounding harsh. You’re basically describing a clarity issue, not blaming him. Here’s a revised version that includes that point naturally: Had my car detailed on 4/2 and I’m really happy with the quality of the work. He took his time and did a very thorough job, especially with the interior. I had the full interior done, including the seats which were treated with a steam process that really helped lift stains and leave everything looking and smelling much better. The exterior was also cleaned really well and had a nice, polished finish. Overall, the work itself was great. The only small issue was more on the communication side with pricing. I was quoted $300, and I understood that to be the full total aside from a card fee (which he confirmed there wasn’t, just standard tax). Because of that, I thought I was tipping him by giving more than the $300 when I paid, but later realized the tax wasn’t included in the original quote. So the final total ended up being a bit higher than expected. For future reference, it would just be helpful to have the full out-the-door price upfront (including tax) so there aren’t any surprises. :) Still, I’m more than satisfied with how the car turned out and would use the service again🔥
