Dry Pros LLC Cleaning & Restoration Services

We had water back up into our basement from under the foundation during a major storm. We hired DryPros to do the emergency clean up and put a water control system in - including a sump pump and foundation drainage. Their crew was excellent the whole way through, even as more and more issues came up during demo. They rebuilt the entire finished basement too - and honestly did better drywall and mudding work than drywallers I have hired before. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dry Pro highly enough. They came out the day I called to start drying our flooded basement. We had massive mold and water damage in our basement and crawlspace. Dry Pro was very professional and clean. We were able to live in the house while they remediated the mold. Bill and their entire staff were kind and respectful. They also put in a radon system for us at the end of the project. They completed the project quickly and beyond our expectations.

I'm sure that I had already written a review for the basement project Dry Pros had completed for our nearly 100 year old house in east Asheville last year when it was finished. But I'm back to write another review because I am SO GRATEFUL that we did this renovation and that we had hired Dry Pros for the job. Why? Because we made it through Helene without one single drop of water coming into our basement. We are so close to Biltmore Village and our basement had always flooded prior to having this work completed. They did mold removal, water-proofing, and renovated the basement so that we could use it as a bedroom and living room. And it was spared. Our garage - on the other hand - had flooded like it always does. We had hired a different company when we first moved into our house to attempt to address water in the garage and that was obviously a mistake. When we are ready to have our garage water proofed, we know exactly who to call. Dry Pros is the very best.
