Duncan Aviation, Inc. - Main Headquarters

Came here for a 4800 hour engine inspection and some airframe maintenance. Was completely blown away by the people that work here. Everyone that is here is a professional at their craft. The overhaul engine shop and team were on point with everything. Great people to work with. Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing engine overhaul done. Highly impressed by the whole experience. Duncan Aviation in Lincoln is a huge facility located on the airport. The individuals that work here are phenomenal. We had some maintenance done for the year and had some squawks that needed to be taken care of. Knocked it out of the park all of the work was done above and beyond expectations and with everything including getting us out on time. Our PM Bill Collins and his team were amazing. The communication between the teams and the Project manager were top notch. Mike and Corey were running a great team and answered all my questions when needed. Crissy Witt who is the Customer Care Representative is an amazing and very accommodating person. She as well as the others went above and beyond and made this visit a great experience and would definitely recommend these people, this facility, and this company to anyone needing some exceptional service done on their aircraft.

Very friendly, knowledgeable most of all, the bathrooms are clean. And the service/ maintenance. Tries to help as soon as possible

The place is spotless and for all the work going on that is impressive. Looks like an awesome place to work.
