I recently purchased a brand new Lexus TX500h and wanted to make sure that the paint and trim were protected. Although I did a lot of research and comparisons in the DFW area, I ultimately chose EcoPal Detailing LLC located off I-35 & Corporate in Lewisville, TX because my next-door neighbor had his car done there and I was extremely impressed with how his ceramic coating turned out on his car. I learned that they are accredited with Xpel, Gtechniq, Feynlab, Carpro CQuartz UK 3.0, System X Max G+, to Ceramic Pro 9H. The shop manager (Timothy) was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending which package and product was right for me. I ultimately, along with his recommendation, selected System X Max G+ which is a 7 year coating. The price was very very competitive. I felt confident in my decision, and loved knowing that their technicians are very experienced plus they must be up to date with the advanced training and techniques for each pro grade ceramic coating product they offer. Because of this, you really can't go wrong! All of their products offer amazing paint protection, a deep glossy shine and free Carfax registration. I want to give an extra special thanks to Timothy who went above and beyond to make sure my new Lexus was absolutely perfect before I picked her up. I will definitely be returning with my other vehicle.

My toddler spilled almost an entire bottle of chocolate milk (somehow his car seat did not get any on it). We cleaned it up, used baking soda, vinegar & water mixture and nothing worked. Texas heat doesn't help with rotten milk so you can imagine how disgusting my car smelled. Timothy was super responsive and explained the process of how to get it cleaned up. No harsh chemicals and there were no hidden fees or last minute charges which this mama appreciated. He was super professional and stayed late so I can have my car back. The drive was not ideal but so worth it because my car smells great now and looks clean (picture doesn't do it just but the floors look amazing- very much like when we bought it). Highly recommend him for odor removal and/or detailing! I will definitely have him do my paint so the small scratches are not noticeable anymore. Super thankful I found EcoPal! Thanks Tim for all your hard work and getting my car back in much better shape than when I dropped it off.
