  I chose the $199 full-service package, but unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the service I received. First, I clearly explained that I needed the center console and the trunk cleaned. I even walked out to the car with a staff member to point these areas out specifically. I also asked what would happen to the items inside, and I was told that everything would be carefully removed and then put back after the cleaning was completed. However, neither the center console nor the trunk was cleaned at all. I was later told that this was due to a communication issue on their end. Their solution was to offer me a complimentary follow-up service the next day to fix it. To be fair, the rest of the interior was cleaned reasonably well, although there were still some water stains on the seat cushions that were not fully removed, which I understand may be difficult to remove completely. There was also dirty water left sitting in the recessed area of the rear door handle. But that is not even the most frustrating part. Guess what? I cannot find my car key. Obviously, the key is somewhere inside the car; otherwise, I would not have been able to start it. But I have absolutely no idea where it is. No one told me where they placed the key. I checked every storage compartment, the trunk, and every possible storage area in the car, and I still cannot find it. Because I cannot find the key, I am also unable to lock my car. I just hope nothing happens overnight because of this. I am genuinely curious about where my key was placed, and I hope the staff can help me locate it tomorrow. But seriously, how does this happen? FYI, the staff were very friendly, and I do appreciate that. I just really hope they can find my car key tomorrow.

  Went pretty late to get my car washed and realized the full detail service had already closed at 4pm. Honestly thought I was out of luck, but Derrick stepped up and took care of my car anyway after hours. Dude went above and beyond, super professional, great attitude, and the service was top-tier. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing people through. Shoutout to Derrick for the clutch save, absolute GOAT. This kind of customer service is rare. I’ll definitely be back.
