  Elite Detailing did not treat me like a customer, but like family. The owner had his son, cleaning the interior of my car, while on spring break. Although, my exterior was neglected due to miscommunication on my part, I simple return without any cost and left with confidence. I appreciate how the owner handled the situation. Additionally, while waiting for my car being cleaned, the office was entertaining and connected completed strangers to talk. I enjoyed my experience and the family atmosphere, Mike, has created at his shop. I wish them all the success, and will come back.

  When I picked up my car I saw that the passenger-side rear-view mirror had been broken. The owner promised to replace it but never did; he lied to me. …cost me $200. I paid to have the seats cleaned. …the driver’s seat looks much worse now. I support local business and prefer to spend my money locally. Unfortunately there those like ‘Elite Detailing’ that disappoint and seem to not do business in good faith making it hard for patrons to not be discouraged. I’m posting this not much to cause harm to ‘Elite Detailing’, but more-so to point out to others what I consider to be a sub-standard service establishment.
