2016 2d Jeep wrangler: Dash was shiny super clean. Vacuuming Seats in rear were still soaked and dripping. Had pool of water in trunk. Sandy still but where gear shifter area was, very clean and that was the dirtiest area. My hands kept slipping off steering wheel from the chemical used to clean it. I had to wipe it off with my shirt. The very unpleasant smell that was there is gone. My honest opinion about my experience. Detail Staff was super friendly. Overall experience was great.

Reese is incredibly courteous and professional while also being very personable and approachable. Having an owner this authentic makes a difference to me. They made my car look brand new and it’s 11 years old! They got things to look and smell amazing and made parts look new that I thought would never look new again! I will be a repeat customer for sure and will recommend them to all my family and friends. I’m so grateful!

Our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was treated with great care by the friendly employees who worked on it during the Jeep Beach event at the Speedway. When I dropped it off it was in need of attention and I was so impressed when I arrived back to pick it up. It looked brand new! Thank you so much for doing such a great job!

Have used these guys twice now. Once for my VW Wolfsburg and once for our Tuscon Hybrid. Both times the tech showed up on time for our mobile wash. Big plus. Really like that they use their own filtered water and a ceramic mix in the wash. Tech was very attentive to detail and getting it done right. Will very comfortably use them again.

I have had their service for over 6 years. Quality of customer service is continually declining. Last month, i had to dry off a lot of my car myself. I texted the cleaner before he left my neighborhood and sent a lengthy text and left a voicemail to the office. I still have not received a response. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because of Chris, my regular guy. He is the only reason why I stay. If i was rating just him, he would get a 5. However, EMS is making it very hard for me to continue even with Chris's great service. $40 is a lot to have to dry your own car. It took two guys that day to not finish my car right. Lack of customer follow up is highly disappointing.
