  I don’t like to leave negative for local small businesses but I’ve given George and Jonathan every opportunity to make right by me and they can’t or won’t do it. I’m a US military veteran and government employee and prior to purchasing a new 2025 Silverado and moving back from Germany I contacted Exclusive Detail and Restyling to have paint protection film and ceramic coating applied. I chose them based on their many good reviews and their good communication in spite of their higher price compared to other quotes I received. This communication began late June/ early July 2025. In August 2025 I arrived to OKC from Germany, picked up my new truck from Landers Chevrolet in Norman and promptly delivered it to Exclusive for them to keep for a week to do the requested work. All told I paid around $3500. The truck looked great. However, within months areas of multiple pieces and sections of the PPF were starting to come off. I also noticed that areas that were to have been covered were not to include the front of the roof, the mirrors, and parts of the front facia. There were also areas where the ceramic coating was stuck in cracks and crevices and not wiped out. I contacted Jonathan about at least a partial refund as I intended to have his PPF removed and the work re-done with another business. Jonathan refused and insisted I give him the opportunity to re-do his work. Apprehensive about his abilities in the end realizing that option was better than taking the loss and paying again albeit someone else to do the work I gave him another shot. That was back in early June 2026. Unfortunately just a month later and areas are again beginning to peel off, air bubbles are present, sections aren’t trimmed clean, and the mirrors for example are not completely covered. It is disappointing and sadly an expensive lesson. That said, do your research, take my advice and look elsewhere to have paint protection film and ceramic coating applied to your vehicle.   I have tinted my windows with them and they did a very good job considering he already had given a discount for me. I had suggested them to all of my friends and 3 of my friends are already getting their tint done with them. Although the tint on my rear passenger side window had started to peel, they have kept their promise of lifetime warranty and took the car in to fix it which i liked. Since i was getting my tint fixed anyway, i wanted to get a paint correction and they had given me a good discount to blackout wrap the chrome parts on my windows and paint correction. Currently my car is with them for the paint and wrap. I believe they will do a great job judging by the cars they have worked on in past. The communication was also very good with them. I had a few conditions like leaving the driver door out from paint correction since I'm getting that door replaced, they had no problem whatsoever and agreed to work on the door after i replaced it and got a new one. I would easily suggest them to anyone, the ease of communication, their flexibility in availability and their reasonable prices with lifetime warranty of window tints is a foolproof recipe for good work. I have yet to pick my car up from them after they are done with paint correction and wrapping. Pretty exited on how my car is going to look since it had a lot of cobweb scratches and lines all over it. Can't wait to look at their work. 😀 . . . . UPDATE, So my car is back and it looks so good i cannot believe it. They were very quick with it so i was sceptical at first but the next day when i saw it under the sun, the paint correction was so good it was a mirror finish, i will share the before and after pictures below.
