Express Mobile Detailing

This is a scam. On Groupon they advertise 75$ for full detailing and when you arrive they tell you that 75 is too low to clean the car. If your car is a bit dirty they will want to charge 150$. You should remove your fake advertisement on Groupon and be honest with your customers . We are not asking for any discount but just for what is advertised. I called the manager to inform him I was going arrive few minutes before they close so they could wait for me. His answer: ' we cannot wait and will not guarantee that we will be open" and the he hang up on me. So rude people i wonder how you manage to do any business. Regarding the trunk cleaning, you need to inform your customers that you will not clean it so they can decide if it is worth paying you. We are returning customers and drove 20 min to give you business. The least you could do is clean our car properly. If you had any sense of business you would know that

The service was horrible. The car was full of smears and smudges that photos don't capture. However even the inside speedometer was dirty.

Buyer beware. I got a Groupon as a gift, I tried 3 times to make an appt & was told they are only accepting dealership cars. They Groupon is now expired, the Groupon states I can't get the deal purchased after expiration but the $75 paid never expires. I was told by 2 different employees that they won't accept it at all. I still wanted my car cleaned, so the young lady at the desk looks & gives me a quote of $280 but said the technician has to look. The technician comes out & quotes me $300 but says the manager has to look. So the manager comes out & looks, he tells me yes we can clean it, but I won't touch your car for less than $600. Needless to say, I left & won't be getting my car cleaned at that SHADY business.
