EZN Storage and Detail

I am quite impressed with the amazing job that EZN has done! I also appreciate the ease at which I was able to schedule and how Corey kept me updated and then explained the process during the final walk around. I will definitely be bringing my car back every 6 months for a refresh.

Good detail work but very questionable customer service from the body shop side and the sales side. I’ve gotten two cars from here done with full detail in the last month and both had issues. First car, detail work was great. Admittedly I left 2 hats, a folder of papers (not loose), and some expensive sunglasses. All of which were thrown away and not placed back. Water under the bridge, not that big a deal. Y'all advertise to not leave belongings in the car. Annoying it happened but technically my fault. However the main issue came with the second car which is my wife’s. We were told it will be ready at 3:50. 4:15 rolls around and I’m getting a call that we close at 4. Sales rep obviously annoyed and catches a tone. I found that really weird considering EZN advertises open of business is until 5:30. And that’s across all Google platforms. I rush my 8 and half month pregnant wife out the door to hurry to get the vehicle. Come to find out the keys were on the hood of the car in broad daylight with the sales rep still inside taking calls. This was outright disturbing behavior and it shows a clear lack of respect for one’s property. Had the car been stolen, there would be a lawsuit. We are welcoming our second child in two days and just thankful it wasn’t taken before the delivery date. Just be careful using this shop for your business. They won’t be having any more of mine.

My family and I love EZN and Doing business with all their shops. They always have an awesome variety of apparel in their outfitter shop in Saraland. I believe my wife and daughter Keep the cell phone guy in business in their shop also. Lol. I just had my second vehicle tinted and ceramic coated with their detail shop. I have dealt with Dustin, Rob, and Cory and All were a pleasure to deal with. They are an outstanding service group who I can contest or all about quality. I can guarantee you that if you have a problem with anything they do, they will make it right. I will be using these guys again. They have great prices and the best customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you so much guys for all the work you’ve done on my vehicles. I really appreciate the work. Makes my truck a lot more satisfying to drive.
