  I had a very unfortunate experience with Fast Freddy, a company that regularly services vehicles at my workplace. In November 2025, after Fast Freddy cleaned vehicles at my job, a component on my car that covers the speed motor was damaged. I noticed the damage immediately when I got into my vehicle at the end of the workday. The following morning, I reported the issue to the individual at my workplace who coordinates services with Fast Freddy. I did not receive a response for approximately one week. When a response was finally provided, Fast Freddy stated they could not take full responsibility because my vehicle was “old.” This statement is incorrect. My vehicle is a 2022 Dodge Challenger, purchased brand new from the dealership, and at the time of the incident it was less than three years old. After this response, my workplace declined further involvement, and I contacted Fast Freddy directly. On December 10, 2025, they received the cost estimate for the damaged part. I received no acknowledgment or follow-up. On December 15, 2025, I emailed again to confirm receipt of the invoice and was informed that the owner was out of the country and would follow up upon returning on either December 19 or December 22. No communication was received on either date. On December 29, 2025, Fast Freddy returned to my workplace to provide vehicle cleaning services. Because I had still received no communication, I personally approached the owner to discuss the issue. During this interaction, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the lack of communication. Instead, the owner claimed the dealership was overcharging and insisted on ordering the part and repairing the vehicle himself. I clearly stated that I wanted the repair completed by the dealership. He refused, implied he was doing me a favor, and suggested that it was unclear who caused the damage—implying that I may have caused it myself.   I was amazed at the wonderful job Mr Freddy Rivas did on my 2012 Ford Edge. I felt like I drove her off the showroom floor. Great job! Fast Freddy even fixed a chip in my windshield in 30 minutes! I will be going back to him and his crew and fully recommend his services. THANK YOU FAST FREDDY!
