I couldn’t be happier with the work on my boat and the Professionalism and honesty from First mate Marine service Brenda and Ron are awesome the mechanic was honest, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that needs to be done. The repairs were completed professionally, on time, and my boat better than ever. It’s hard to find someone you can trust in this boat industry, but I found that here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and dependable service. I’ll definitely be bringing my boat back for any future maintenance repairs.

Brenda and her staff at First Mate have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a mechanic shop. I had taken my Four Winns to them for some repairs, but they had told me the next day that they don’t work on OMC engines. So I didn’t do get any work done with them BUT their kindness and customer service was so appreciated. Brenda and her staff were so helpful and accommodating for me the short time my boat was in their possession. I will definitely recommended them to anyone needing any marine service. Thank you!!

I have been using First Mate since my mechanic passed away. I was very nervous looking for a reliable and loyal mechanic to service my boat. One of my friends suggested I try Frist Mate, I have seen the truck in my marina and I am a friend of Ron's sister who also suggested trying out Frist Mate. I called Brenda and she gave me the best deal I could find on winterizing my boat. Since then I have used them for everything, from changing water pumps, tune ups and just trouble shooting simple every day problems that occur owning a boat. I could not ask for a more professional team with Ron and Brenda, because they have never lied to me. If they can't get to it they will tell me and if it is going to take a while they will tell me also. But those responses are far and few apart. When I call Brenda she gets me in line as soon as possible and all the work they have completed, I have never had to say it still isn't working. I can not say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brenda and Ron.

Excellent and trustworthy service from start to finish! I highly recommend using First Mate for any boat owner seeking reliable and skilled service. The whole team is responsive and helpful. Having repairs done at my dock saves me the hassle and expense of transporting my boat. Ron and Brenda and the whole team care about their customers and their boats. To have a company service my boat that I can trust means everything.

Brenda and Ron have been in this industry longer than some boaters have even been able to drive. They both go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Ron is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to everything marine. This town is lacking experienced mechanics like Ron and old timers that know how to fix just about anything in this industry. Not only are their prices fair, but the wealth of knowledge both of these two bring to the table is unmatched.
