I’m disappointed with the quality of the detail I received. I paid for an interior, exterior, and engine bay detail, which also included headlight restoration, adhesive removal, and removal of peeling Plasti Dip from the wheels. Unfortunately, the work did not meet expectations. The car was not properly dried, there was still dirt left in the carpet and back seat, and dust and dirt remained throughout the interior. For a detail, these are basic things that should have been addressed. Additionally, I was told ahead of time that the already peeling Plasti Dip on the wheels could be removed. However, once the car was finished, I was then told that removing it would cost an additional $180, which was not communicated beforehand. Given the services advertised and discussed prior to the appointment, I expected a much more thorough and professional experience. I’m leaving this review so others know what to expect.

I have used there services in the past when they came to wash our company vehicles. Last month I was in need of my personal vehicle to be done same day for my fathers funeral. They apologized and explained they were book a week out. Five minutes later I received a call from the owner who sent his condolences and personally came to our home with a crew and serviced both our vehicles. We appreciate the kindness, professionalism and assisting us in difficult day. Both cars looked AMAZING! We also appreciate the grievance discount as well.
