I had the unfortunate experience of a squatter at a property I own. When I gained back possession of the house, we found a terrible smoke odor. I called Florida Emergency Cleaning and they were an amazing partner in resolving the issue. It is not just that the house is now clean and odor free. It is their customer service that was truly outstanding from first contact to project completion. Before I hired them, they explained every option and answered my questions thoroughly. Then, on day of cleaning the team lead stayed in contact with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. They were thoughtful, respectful and professional every step of the way in a sensitive and difficult situation. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start… this has to be the best remediation company in FL and some of the best people I’ve ever done business with. They’re trustworthy, knowledgeable, skilled and reliable. Sincerely, Canaan is an absolute savior, went above and beyond and is such an incredible ambassador for the company. Micah and Kendall did an amazing job in the unit. The owner Nathan, who is also a pleasure, has assembled a fantastic staff and recognizes their added value. I’m navigating a tricky situation and this team is the only one that understood, listened and worked with me for which I’m so grateful. I had spoken to a few different companies but chose this one and how lucky am I to have picked wisely. I can’t recommend them highly enough! ❤️🙌🏼

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Firstly, the agent on the phone, Canaan swiftly helped me set up my same day appointment, he was extremely resourceful and accommodating to my situation. He was great and helped me immensely. The technician, Micah was absolutely phenomenal! He was punctual, clean, respectful, had an answer for every question I had and most importantly, he went above and beyond! He was thorough, efficient and gave me updates every step of the way. Micah is a vital asset to this company and should be revered as such! Big kudos to the Florida Emergency Cleaning team for knocking this service out of the park! Highly recommend!

I just want to say thank you to Travis and Dan for all the help and support during such a difficult time. My situation was a very long process, and I had never been through anything like this before. Dan was there to guide me in the right direction, answer my questions, and was always patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Travis did an amazing job cleaning the room and bathroom and making them look like they were in great shape again. He was very thorough, worked quickly, and was also incredibly kind and respectful. I truly appreciate both of you for making such a difficult situation a little easier to handle. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and all the hard work you put into helping me.

My experience with Florida Emergency Cleaning was great! Nathan responded immediately to my request for bio hazard cleanup assistance, and the work was completed very soon afterward. Extremely thorough and professional cleaners, who were compassionate and friendly throughout the experience. I highly recommend Florida Emergency Cleaning and they should be your first and only call when needing bio hazard cleanup!
