Fortress Floors

I had Fortress Floors redo my garage floor and could not be happier with the results. My concrete was in rough shape — pitted, cracked, and breaking down from years of Wisconsin salt. Their team completely transformed it. The process was very thorough. The first day they came out, prepped the entire floor, and applied a moisture barrier. The second day Tommy, Bobby, and Billy came back and worked incredibly hard to complete the coating. You could tell they take pride in what they do. What really stood out was the attention to detail and professionalism. They took the time to explain the entire process so I understood what they were doing and why. They even went the extra mile by taping up the door seals and covering the garage door with plastic since heavy rain was coming, making sure the smell and weather wouldn’t affect the house. I first met the Fortress Floors team at the Home Builders Show in West Bend. They were professional, easy to talk to, and gave me a free quote with zero pressure. The price was fair and the final result exceeded my expectations. Huge shout out to Tommy, Bobby, and Billy for their hard work. If your garage floor is in rough shape like mine was, I highly recommend Fortress Floors. — Gene

We're extremely happy with our new floor and the job that Fortress Floors did! Our floor was in very poor condition (pitted, flaking, chipped, patched, etc.) and quite frankly, I can't believe it's the same floor after they were done. It's absolutely beautiful! Jacob explained everything, both before we signed the contract and promptly follows up on any subsequent questions. The installation team (Ken and Tom) did a professional, flawless job! We highly recommend them!

On the recommendation of a good friend, whose garage floor was done by Fortress Floors, we decided on Fortress for our laundry room floor. And we are very glad we did. Lindsey of their sales team came out a couple of months ago, went over color options with us, as well as explained the flooring application process. Cost estimate was about 50% of what tile installation would run. A three man crew came out 10 days ago and, led by Matt, Emilio and Rob prepped existing concrete floor, applied the poly urea and clear coat, and cleaned up work area. All three were professional and courteous. The only blemish on the job was that they underestimated time required ["48 hours"] before moving a heavy appliance across the flooring and back into place. As a result, we saw a few shallow groove marks from the fridge wheels, even though we waited 65 hours before moving it across the new flooring. Called Fortress and they immediately sent down Luis, who effected a quick and successful repair. Quite pleased with the result. Would certainly recommend Fortress Floors to family and friends.
