They sold me a 3 bank charger that was defective. Paid plenty for it. Took back 3 times while still under warranty. All they could tell me was to take it back home and put it on a charger for each battery! WHAT? I bought an expensive 3 bank charger for convenience while I was fishing! Now it has completely gone out. Won’t be back to them! Also, The foot pedal on my trolling motor was very hard to operate, I had them look at it twice! They never could seem to fix the cable or whatever the problem was. I still paid dearly, but their “work”. Will not be going back to these guys! BEWARE!!!

I waited 3 months to get my boat back, to change out pumps, fix a trim tab and put in nav lights. Constant excuses for why it wasn’t ready. Pumps on back order, covid, vacation, you name it. Finally got the boat back. Went for my first fishing trip this past weekend. One of the cartridge pumps (that was broken and not even replaced) was not seated in the cartridge. Boat was taking on water for the first 30 mins of fishing without me knowing. It’s a miracle the boat didn’t go down. Took forever. Charged me an arm and a leg. And then the boat almost sunk. If you’re in need of boat repairs or accessories, do yourself a favor and take it anywhere but Front 2 Back.

I bought a new to me boat a 2019 NauticStar and started calling multiple places ( 8 places I called) and Front 2 Back was the only one that would talk to me and listen to everything I wanted done. The other places acted like I was bothering them and were RUDE! Mr. Devon and Mr. Ken were very nice and went out of their way to make sure it was done and done right. They custom built me a quick release bracket for a Ulterra trolling motor that I bought from them and installed it. They even updated all my electronics and checked things out. The other staff have also been extremely nice. I was so pleased with them, I am having them trick out my electronics and network everything together and change out all my lead acid batteries to lithium batteries. Great Work, Great People!!!

Bought a new Garmin GPS/Fish finder at the sportsman show. The staff is knowledgeable and their showroom was very busy.. Front to Back had a very nice retail demo booth and they did a great job demonstrating the electronics offered for purchases. During the sales process and demonstration of the features and benefits of the unit I ultimately bought, there was some confusion on what I purchased. After speaking with the salesman today, Front to Back worked with me to resolve the situation. In a world that has gone to online retail it is nice to have a hometown option that will work with you post the sale. I would recommend this business for all your boating needs.

Similar to someone else who wrote in... these guys tried to fix my trim on my motor a couple years ago and failed 3 times. I finally got it back and got somebody else to help with it for cheaper and it only took one time. During this time, they also (somehow) mangled my mount for my motor where the tabs hold it up while resting - Of course they denied this. Then they broke my transom saver and poorly welded it back together - at least they admitted to this and claimed they fixed it. They honestly tried to fix the tilt, but just didn't seem to have the expertise and it kept leaking (luckily it raised back up each time!!). Just like others, I subsequently heard that these guys simply don't know how to do mechanic work. I won't be back.
