Not sure what they did. I paid 1400.00 for a ceramic treatment and the vehicle doesn't look any different than when I brought it in. No shine. UPDATE!!!! As for your reply, why lie? Our discussion ended when you asked what you can do to try to change my mind. I replied "nothing", because clearly if your 1400.00 package can't produce results, what more can you do? I own the vehicle. I know what the paint looked like before and after. It looks no different. For that kind of money, I should see a pretty big shine, or at least an improvement. A total and complete waste of money. For all I know, they may not have applied anything. I can't tell. Don't lie to try to make you look good and me look bad. I paid you 1400.00 for a service that you clearly aren't good at. If I can save one person the same mistake, I'll be happy. IMAGINE IF YOU WOULD HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. YOU'D BE GETTING A GOOD REVIEW. THE FACT THAT I POSTED SO MANY TIMES COMPLAINING SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING. I DONT BELIEVE YOU APPLIED ANYTHING TO MY VEHICLE. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! 1,480.00 SPENT. ZERO RESULTS. I WOULD LOOK FOR A MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS THAN ONE RUN BY A KID.
