  I think this place is too busy and not focus on customer service. I can not speak on their mechanical professionalism because my customer experience with them did not extent that far. They kept my boat for 3 weeks. I instructed them to diagnose my motor for hours, lower unit leaks, propeller shaft play and cyclinder compression. I get a call from them at the 3 week mark that my boat has bad compression on one cyclinder. I was told they stopped the diagnose at that point. I asked why did they stop the diagnosis with only that conclusion. The response was it would cost more to futher diagnose (duh). I made it clear when I left my boat that I brought the boat at auction, I had no history on the motor and I wanted a diagnosis of a few things. They apparently moved my boat back to the exact same spot I left it and in the exact same position. I was billed for the compression test, a diagnostic on the lower unit and assessing the running hours of the motor. My bill invoice showed only detials of a compression test. No print out of the running time of the motor or lower unit leak test or shaft tighness referrence. The phone call which came earlier that day, quote was for the compression diagnosic cost of $80 (which they confirm that's all they did). At the counter I payed $143. I felt robbed. I left with a lot of disappointment. I do not curse but I am cursing this business for such unethical and unprofessional practice. I hope reveiws like these move this business and it owners to do better by their customers. The expierience that I had with this business is worth sharing. I hope for the next 43 years this business is not deserving of such reviews. If so, my suggestion is to avoid such businesses and prevent potential cusotmers from writing one star reviews.

  I’ve took my boat there twice and spent over $800 and still haven’t fixed my problem . Told them I just changed my sparks plugs. They said oh the plugs are bad and charged me $400 . I will never go back.
