  My disappointment continues, in my search for a hand car wash to take my 26 ram near my new home. I frequently take it to another hand car wash shop down south as I don’t do automatic washes and I was trying to avoid the long drive down . I took my truck for the first time here upon reading some good reviews and even purchased their membership before even given them a try . The results were ,well very shameful . My truck got dented while getting dried , the paint looks like they washed it with sand and the drying looks like it was done with dirty towels. I take exceptional care of my vehicle, including having the front end wrapped in PPF and bumper protection on both ends. Despite taking exceptional care of my vehicle, including having the front end wrapped in PPF and bumper protection on both ends, I am deeply frustrated by the level of inconvenience I have experienced.

  If you want to throw your money away, take your car to this place. I paid $170 for a detailing job that I am thoroughly disappointed with. They didn't clean the headliner; my seats were left dirty, the floor mats were dirty, and they dulled the plastic trim with their cleaning solution. I called, and they told me they would fix it—something they only actually did in a few spots. They even sent me a video showing that they were only cleaning a specific section. The guy doing the detailing left the keys inside the car, and it locked on him; they had to call someone to force it open, and in the process, they scratched up my entire window and damaged the door. This is truly terrible service; I do not recommend this place. I had hoped things would improve the second time around, but that wasn't the case. It’s a shame to waste $170—especially in this country, where nobody gives anything away for free!
