Ben was awesome and super thorough for an interior + exterior detail and ceramic with the ultimate bundle. Excellent communication through the whole service and the ceramic treatment truly makes the exterior look like it’s dipped in glass. Recommend the sandalwood scent for the interior!

I was recommended Great Lakes Detailing Company by a family member after helping them drop off one of their vehicles. I have a 2020 Tacoma that has never gone through the detailing process before. Years of abuse ranging from dog hair to the general wear and tear that comes from day-to-day use. I purchased the Ultimate Service Bundle which included ceramic coating – something I have never had done before. First and foremost about Ben; the pride in his work shows in ALL aspects - from the way he conducts himself, to his communication, and through his work. He makes sure you are informed about the process and encourages any questions you might have. The level of professionalism, integrity, and quality are absolute top tier. As evidenced by his review responses, it shows just how important this is to him. You are truly taken care of from cradle to grave. As for the service itself – It was pristine. My truck looked better than day I picked it up from the dealership. Everything was deep cleaned to a level beyond even what I imagined possible – It smelled nice, no lint, no hair, no dust ANYWHERE to be seen. 99% of the surface level scratches were no longer present on the body, and it shined like it never had before. Funnily enough though, it was the windows that impressed me most of all. You couldn’t even tell they were still there! I was so excited that I had to take it to my dad to show it off before I could have the chance to ruin it, and he didn’t even believe it was the same truck! All in all, you can’t go wrong taking your business here. As of the time of writing this, the reviews listed show a 5.0 score and it’s simply plain to see why. I even glanced through a few of them and the sentiment is resoundingly similar across the board. They do amazing work for a great price, and I look forward to future visits. I can’t recommend them enough!

Hands down the best detailer around! The attention to detail and communication throughout the process is unmatched. Ben was able to make my 9 year old car look and feel brand new again. Quality work is hard to come by these days, but this is a top notch business that still puts customer service at the top of the list.
