Holly in the service department has been a life saver!! She has addressed all our issues on our 2023 Jayco seismic that we bought from them and we paid lots for the extended warranty she has went above and beyond making sure we weren’t out of any more money. We will always use Gregg Orr for any of our Rv needs that’s for sure!!! Go see them they are amazing!!!

Full time RVer in Jayco Class C. Had electrical problems. Not good especially with solar. Was out at Rocky Point campground. They sent out a tech very reasonable $125 fee. Ended up going to shop next day. Diagnosed issue as bad solenoid and got part ordered! Also had some delamination on cab over and problem with water pump. Went to Econolodge for 2 nights and picked up rig at 8:30 am on Saturday! The repair elves did a great job! Electric, delamination issue, and water panel all fixed! Thank you so much to the Orr team and techs super professional no judgement against full timer went above and beyond to get my rig working. Thank you 🙏 I am from the west coast and they worked with my extended warranty provider to get the job done. Super professional outfit. Job well done.

I called looking for parts to repair my travel trailer while we shopped at Orr Honda. The staff verified that they had the parts I needed on hand and offered a military discount. The purchase was completed without issue and the parts were high quality and just what I needed. Well recommended

Had to have some work done on my camper trailer I had bought from them. Went in with several small problems and some they could fix, however even after telling them if not covered don't need it done they still did it and did even call to confirm now I have a bill over $400. I'm on disability and don't make enough to pay the bills. I normally have morales. I was brought up in retail and would have contacted my customer to do some parts.

Mike in service was great. Explained things well and did a good inspection of our camper. He also sealed the roof and it was hundreds less than another RV service place in town that had quoted a price.
