I had an incredible experience dealing with Hagadone Marine from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. My salesman, Tim, always went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Never once did I feel pressured - just genuinely helpful every step of the way. Tony in the service department was also fantastic to work with–super helpful, and definitely takes pride in making sure everything is done right. On top of that, the office staff was just as impressive. They are friendly, organized, and made all the paperwork and details feel effortless. The whole team at Hagadone Marine was amazing to work with. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Communication was clear, everything was well organized and they made sure to make the entire process seamless. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Tim, Tony, Carly and the entire Hagadone Marine team to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great overall experience. My husband and I attended the Hagadone Marine Group boat show for the first time this year, where they were offering exceptional deals in celebration of their 80th anniversary. We found a boat we really liked, but weren’t sold on the color scheme. We were told we could custom-build one, though it wouldn’t qualify for the same promotional pricing. Shortly after, we discovered the same model listed with a different color scheme. That’s when we were connected with Tim Klippert, who went above and beyond to track it down for us. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to see it in person that same day—and we absolutely loved it. We ended up purchasing the boat, and later learned that Tim himself had put together the color scheme we chose. He was fantastic to work with, and the entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Hagadone Marine Group to anyone in the market for a new boat!

We moved to Hayden Idaho December 2025. We were interested in buying a boat (first time boat owners). We met with Brant Wilkening (Sales) and he was excellent working with, knowledgeable, accessible, and professional. April 2026 he followed up with us on our interest from their boat show in January. We met with him, took a test drive, and the boat we were interested in January was available and we made the purchase of a Cobalt R4 Surf and took delivery on 5/22/2026. We met Robby Harrison (Delivery Captain) who gave us the full rundown on the boat, took us out on the lake and gave a full detailed review. Robby was excellent, professional and detailed. We also want to acknowledge Zack Bennett (Service Advisor) who was great putting together our boat service plan. We met others from Hagadone Marine Group (Carley, Ashley, Jason and others. Hagadone Marine Group is top notch and have great people working for them. We are very happy we met and worked with them.
