Called and tried to schedule some maintenance late on a Friday and they said they would call me back on Monday to schedule an appointment for later that week (totally understandable). I never received a call back, I had to call multiple times over multiple days until they ended up telling me to go to a different shop. Mary Lou (I believe) was very nice and helpful and was who I was in contact with majority of the time, but I’m pretty disappointed with the rest. They never told me why they didn’t want my service, but it felt like I was lead on and then hung out to dry.

Kevin (parts manager) is awesome. I needed something small for a project and I didn’t have an exact part number. He figured it out and was super helpful and patient with me. World class employee.
