Revised: I tipped because I did not notice the issue until later. The rust appeared afterward, which is why I contacted you immediately and why we discussed repairs in the screenshots. I also have before-and-after photos from the same areas of the vehicle. I simply shared my experience honestly. I would not recommend getting your vehicle detailed here. After my vehicle was detailed, rust appeared on metal components that were not rusted beforehand. I contacted the owner immediately, and he acknowledged the issue and initially offered to fix it, but later refused to help or provide any refund when I explained I was trading the vehicle in and the rust affected its value. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE. I have photos from before and after the detail service, as well as screenshots of our conversation. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Dropped off my grooming van that was covered in hair and dirt, it needed some tlc and Handwerks did just that! My van came back to me sparkling clean and smelling fresh. The owner Dedrick was very kind and informative. Highly recommend this business if you're needing your vehicles detailed!

Mr. Dee stepped in for the rescue when I had another detailer cancel on me. He referred me to a tint shop when I couldn’t get in with anyone else, and I’m beyond happy it all worked out. My vehicle looked like it was brand new off the lot again after they were done. I’ll be back once it’s time to redo my ceramic coating.

These guys are great. Top notch work and they made my Genesis G80 look like a showroom vehicle. I would recommend Handwerks to anyone who wants a quality detail. They were even able to get rid of some stains left behind by a glass company that i was sure wouldn't come out.
