Absolutely fabulous experience with Harbour Place Marina. We were experiencing some diesel engine issues while we were traveling through Buffalo NY. They helped us in a timely manner. They're diesel mechanic wasn't able to get to our boat for a couple of days, that is totally expected. They told us when he'd be able to look at our boat, he was there on time. Performed a thorough inspection. They got everything fixed as soon as parts came in. Our problem was not a simple issue either, we were experiencing engine electrical issues due to a lightning strike & the power surge that we had weeks prior to that. Very honest people, no BS. Highly recommend.

Great place, always get the job done. Have helped me many times. Knowledgeable staff. I've been a customer there since 1974 and have never had an issue. Fair prices, great work, friendly atmosphere.

Conveniently located between downtown Buffalo and the Tonawandas. Friendly and responsive staff with a full service department. West Marine located on site.

went to the fenced in dog park. this was the worst I've ever seen. no shade, no water. no grass. the park was extremely small. 2 dogs and it felt crowded.

The shop is un-trust worthy - they did more damage to my boat than they fixed and they over charged every step of the way. - the marina staff are fantastic - its two separate businesses.
