Nice and warmly welcomed FBO For pilot, make a call with your tail number to get a quote for service charges before your arrival, they will get things ready for you.

Excellent customer service and such wonderful people. It's so exciting seeing all the planes landing and taking off. Great place. Absolutely awesome. Highly recommended for an experience of a lifetime. Learn how to fly at one of the many flight schools. Stop what you are doing and go check it out, guaranteed you'll love it.

Commuted up from DC for work. Extremely helpful staff, well trained and attentive ramp crews. Places like this put "fun" into travel - they also work will other tenant activities on the field, like the EAA chapter (I give them 5 stars too). I had no issues with hidden fees. Bought my fuel from them and rented a hangar. Will definitely return.

There is no better FBO anywhere. Judith and Mandy are the best. The line crew will Give you and your plane triple AAA service. Don't forget to tip. They are caring for you and your plane.

Service has been excellent and the employees and management are friendly and accommodating. Hartford-Brainard has a 4,000 foot runway and tower, but is never crowded, so you can get personal attention. The view of Hartford on to the north is worth the time to fly in.
