⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An outstanding experience from start to finish! Jayden took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the best PPF and window tint products and application for my vehicle. The communication was excellent, the entire team was professional, and the finished product looks fantastic! What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. I genuinely felt like Hide and Wide was working on one of their own vehicles. Their standards are high, they care about getting it right, and it shows in the final product. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and Hide and Wide has definitely earned all of my vehicle detailing business going forward. I highly recommend Jayden and the entire Hide and Wide team! Thank you for taking such great care of my vehicle!

Jayden at High and Wide Detailing was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating with scheduling due to our trip being 3 hours from the shop. My wife and I wanted a full paint protection film for our new family vehicle to keep it looking good over the years, and Jayden and crew did an excellent job. He gave me some good pointers on maintenance products for the ceramic coating and took time to walk me through some concerns I had. He also took the time to point out something he would like to correct for me next time I was back in. I also got to see a little of another project he was working on…it really puts to perspective how much work goes into the job. I was really impressed by the shop and how professional everything was set up. I would definitely recommend High and Wide, and am already getting the word out when people ask me how the vehicle looks so good. I’m looking forward to the next vehicle I get done through High and Wide.

I initially gave 5 stars because I was so pleased with my ceramic application. However, in my attempts to follow up via email to get a final receipt that was promised, and to inquire about additional detailing services, etc., I got crickets. No reply whatsoever. I understand businesses get busy, and I know these guys are Gen Z, but it's been a week. I am passionate about good service and this part of the experience has been pretty lousy. I won't be back.

If you’re looking for a high quality PPF installer/service in NW Arkansas, Jayden at HWD is your guy. He and his team have done an absolute exquisite job on my Tesla (whole vehicle PPF.) Very knowledgeable owner with a ton of experience. He doesn’t delegate to others who may clock in/out. He gets the project done himself along with his brother. My car was serviced flawlessly in a week. His attention to detail is matched only by the amount of pride his team takes on these projects. There are clients who have trusted him with multiple vehicles for PPF and I can see why. From my very first interaction which was his prompt return email after my online inquiry… to the last handshake after the perfect job he performed, I was thoroughly impressed. He invited me back a week later to inspect his work after the vehicle has been out in the real world and detailed it for good measure. I did not feel like just another project to him. Incredibly kind and professional. 10/10 recommend. I will be using his other services such as mobile detailing.

Had them do ceramic coating on my truck. They did an amazing job! Keeping that paint fresh, protected and shinny. Great customer service and very happy with the results. Protect your investment, your vehicle! No more car wash swirls or paint chips. Choose the best with these guys.
