Idaho Express Detail

This was our first time getting our car detailed, and we had such a great experience. He runs a small business and was incredibly kind, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable with the process. The interior and exterior both turned out amazing, honestly blew our expectations out of the water. The car looks brand new again, and you can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend supporting this small business. We’ll definitely be back!

I had my vehicle detailed by this company as a Mother's Day gift, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results—especially considering the $300+ price tag. Before the appointment, I removed everything from my center console and interior compartments so they could be thoroughly cleaned. However, many of those areas were not cleaned at all, and some didn't even appear to have been vacuumed. The metal seat sliders underneath the seats were still covered in crumbs and debris, making it obvious that basic interior cleaning was missed. I also specifically hoped the hard water spots on my dual sunroof would be addressed. Initially, I assumed that may have been an additional service that wasn't included, although that was never communicated to me. After the detail, the water spots remained exactly as they were before. Out of curiosity, I later purchased a water spot remover online and was able to remove them myself in about 10 minutes. In addition, there were visible streaks left on the windows after the detail. Between the missed interior areas, remaining debris, window streaks, and untouched water spots, the overall result felt more like a basic wipe-down than a professional detail. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of fewer is because communication was good and they arrived on time as scheduled. However, for the amount charged, I expected far more attention to detail and a much more thorough cleaning. When I can achieve better results myself in a few minutes than I receive from a professional detail costing hundreds of dollars, that's disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

My husbands car needed a serious cleaning! Dustin came out and did an amazing job! He was super friendly and even ask me if I was happy with it before he left! The price was reasonable and definitely worth it! We got the exterior and interior package! We Will definitely be using these guys again! Best part is that they come to you!! My husbands car looks brand new!
