IE Auto Detailing, window tint and PPF

Service was on time and professional. I felt like my car was important and the point of focus. I have had 3 friends bring their vehicles here as well. My car looks great inside and out. I feel like I have made a connection with a company that wants to keep my car looking good with a free re-inspection and a plan to visit yearly to check on the coating and PPF. I also shopped around for quality and pricing and I landed here and am happy with everything.

I was looking for a place to get ceramic coating done on my new truck and I’ve gotten my windows tinted for my Jeep here previously (it came out perfect). Jorge was super professional. He has been really responsive and gave me good recommendations. Ceramic coating came out GREAT! Will be back to get some more work done here and highly recommend! 2 weeks after ceramic coating - took my truck back in for free inspection wash. Came out amazing! Great value for sure!

Very unhappy with the service . Scheduled a detail for a Saturday. They messaged me prior to appointment to ask if we could reschedule for Sunday and to cancel the appointment. After requesting to cancel the appointment , they then agreed to be able to see us Saturday. Website said a detail takes 3-4 hours. Car was dropped off at 9 am and we were told to return at 2:30pm which is 5 hours and 30 mins after. We informed we had an engagement at 4 and that would leaving us very short on time. They assured us it would be ready by 230 the latest. At 2:15, we called to ask if the car would be ready by 2:30, as promised. And the worker we spoke to said it would be ready at 3pm. When Wes drives at the location at 3:15pm to pick up our car, we were told they needed more time. We had no choice but to wait. At 3:30, an hour after we were initially told our car would be ready to be picked up, the car was handed over to us. Upon inspection of the work that had been on the car, it seemed as though an amateur had cleaned the car. There were crumbs, dust, smudges, etc. When pointing out that we were unhappy with the service, they said “it was hard to get off” and they could give us a discount. 10% he said. Price was $410 initially, paid $390. It’s not a good sign when a business cannot do the correct math. We pointed out that that was not a 10% discount and he laughed. For that price we expected better, a lot better. Safe to say we’re disappointed and will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. So save your money, go elsewhere.
