I want to thank the entire team at Industrial Cleaning Equipment Company! These folks take pride in what they do and the quality of their trailer builds speak for themselves. I have 2 trailer builds now from them at this point. These folks have supported my growth every step of the way. If you’re looking for a great trailer build and a fantastic team to assist you with any and all of pressure washing needs, this is the one! Thank you all, Patriot Power Pros

We had our trailer stolen a couple weeks ago, I sent an email at 8.30pm , had a text from their national sales manager by 9.45pm that night. The next day we talked and they were able to expedite my build due to the circumstances and in 5 work days I had a new rig 🙏🏼 forever thankful for these guys - machine is working amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Stand up guys who hold their word 🤝 thanks again !

Industrial Cleaning Equipment Wilmington has been one of the best, most straightforward places I’ve dealt with while building out my pressure washing trailer. Chris specifically deserves a ton of credit. From day one he’s been insanely helpful, patient, and professional. He didn’t just “answer a question” and move on, he took the time to actually troubleshoot with me, explain what was happening, and make sure I understood the why behind it so I wasn’t stuck with the same issue again later. He’s walked me through multiple problems step-by-step, and every time he’s been clear, calm, and super respectful. What impressed me most is how responsive he’s been. He has answered calls/texts outside normal business hours just to help me keep things moving. That’s rare, and it made a huge difference for me because I’m new to pressure washing. You can tell Chris takes pride in his work and actually cares about the customer’s outcome, not just getting you off the phone. If management sees this, he’s a major asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition.

Ms Francis and Ms Bridgette are wonderful! They coordinate the details of my orders ASAP every time! ICE blows the competition out of the water. 5 star customer service + very knowledgeable. ICE is my go to equipment & chemical supplier. Patrick is the man! 💯

I bought my recycling trailer from them 1 year ago and a few months ago I brought my new truck to install all the machines. They paid attention to details. I had to stay in a hotel. They made a hotel reservation for me.. and they gave me one of their vans for free so they could transport me around the city while they worked. They are a great team,
