I previously gave a negative review but I mixed up this company with another one. Inland dive has been great. The original negative review was for a company named scuba snobs and the name fits as it’s run by a guy named Rick and he thinks he is gods gift to the world. Very disrespectful, forgets conversations and text you have had and always argumentative. He is a grumpy man and would suggest Inland dive over anyone else clean boat bottoms at lake grapevine.

I had emergency out at the lake, in what I would consider after-hours. And it was pretty cold today. I wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone, but I was praying someone did! Cliff, the owner, answered his phone and was immediately on his way to help. He bright his equipment to get in the cold water and help me retrieve my work phone that fell in the lake, which had my entire business on it... and I had NOT backed up the information on it! So I was nervous that it wouldn't be found, and then that the phone was not going to work after being submerged. Within 5-10 minuted he resurface with my phone in hand! The phone is fried, but I was able to plug it in and back it up once I dried it. Thankfully I was able to back it up in time before it complete went dead, so I can at least get a new phone now and restore my entire company back. Thank you so much fro your responsiveness Cliff. Support your local businesses like Cliff's, they care about their customers. I would definitely recommend Inland Dive Service.

We have a 22' pontoon boat on lake Grapevine. This time of year the algae piles up on the pontoons and really slows down the boat. I called Randy at Inland Dive Service this morning and ask if he could clean the pontoons for me. Well, it's only a few hours later and my boat is ready to go! Such great service! So happy I made the call!! Thanks Randy.

Rick is difficult to deal with at times and very demanding. Won’t work with you on scheduling. His way or the Highway.

These people are true professionals! They recovered some incredibly expensive camera gear from the bottom of a lake in less time than it takes me to get delivered a pizza! Just like insurance, you don't want to have to use their services again, but if I do have another mishap they will be the first person I call. Thank you Inland Dive Service!
