Walter did a great job on my outboard. Turn around time was super fast and the work was done completely and correctly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service!

I can’t thank Jay and Walt at J&W Marine enough for the service and support they provided to me when I took my Suzuki engine to their shop for repair. Unfortunately, the worst happened to my engine in the middle of summer. Being a charter boat captain, this is a worst case scenario- no boat, no business. However, Jay and Walt prioritized my needs, stood up for the engine warranty, and long story short, was in and out in 2 business days. To me, this type of treatment and turnaround time is unheard of. If you’re looking for someone who does quality work, prioritizes you, and stands up for what’s right, Jay and Walt are your guys. Thank you both so much again!

Some say that there is no such thing as a bad day on a boat. I agree with that. Despite credit card captains, mayhem at the ramp, and sudden changes to our New England weather, I enjoy my time on the water. Nonetheless, things happen that challenge the above notion. Recently, a rock jumped out of nowhere and seriously damaged my lower unit. Like every consumer, I wanted the repair done competently at a fair price and right away, J&W has been servicing my boat for the past three years: oil changes, winterization, etc. This visit to their shop was different. The family trip to Maine was approaching, and I was stressed. J&W Marine exceeded my expectations by every measure. Thank you, Jay, Walter, and all the J&W crew for taking care of my boat; I appreciate that you are there for me. Boaters have choices about where to have routine and emergency work done; I go to J&W, and I encourage you to do the same. Kevin

Best marine repair facility on the North Shore. Jay and Walter were great to work with. I have an 07 Yamaha 150 4 stroke that started acting up. They identified the issue and repaired it properly while keeping me in the loop. Turn around time was excellent. Highly recommend their shop.

Owners are great to work with, are very knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have my 23 Northcoast serviced and wrapped through them yearly and the service and quality is great. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone seasoned or new to owning a boat.
