  I can’t say enough about John and his team in the maintenance department. I came to JAC with my family on vacation in my Cessna 182. My starter adapter failed when we went to leave. John and his team were there to help me out right away. In the end, we could not get the starter to engage and a new one had to be installed. The parts were overnighted and john had them installed the next day. This is an abnormal project for them as they normally work on turbine powered planes. I can’t express how thankful I am that they took on my problem and had me ready to go. The FBO staff as a whole were awesome. Parking was reasonably priced. Thanks guys for your help!

  Stayed overnight in JAC flying a CJ3 up until now we had great service from CSR SALLIE who I was very accommodating and made sure to intake ALL of our information and next day request for services. Unfortunately the morning shift didn’t have our aircraft on line nor GPU hooked up and we were parked in the back with a couple inches of snow surrounding the plane waiting to take 6 pax. As everyone know FBOs are always gonna be busy but it was a lack of coordination from the front desk to the line to efficiently have aircraft’s ready for departure and those quick turning. Very lack of professionalism not knowing where our plane is and not know what we requested when the piece of paper we filled the previous day was right in front of them. We had a little bit of a mechanical issue and the JAC Flight AIrcraft Sevices Techs were nice to help us and what really ended this stay on a good note was one of their line techs. Big KUDDOS!! to ANDREW who took initiative and tried everything to make it right. That individual is what save this air center from getting a worse review. That’s was true customer service is. Management should do a better job and making sure their CSRs are giving better communication to the line and knowing who their customers are. Having to come up to the desk and inform your CSR our tail number only for them to not know if we were fueled. Saying ‘SORRY WE ARE REALLY BUSY’ is unsat, ESPECIALLY when you had our service request and time of departure a day earlier!! Everyone is busy, your job is to make it easier for us crew members to prepare for a safe departure not tell you how to do your jobs! If your staff cant handle 10-15 planes then this isn’t for them. This coming from a former air center manager and Military aircraft handler. Team needs to step up!
