I had my car windows tinted here and couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish the service was professional, friendly, and quick. The staff explained the different tint options clearly. The installation was flawless no bubbles, no streaks, and the edges look super clean. My car instantly looks sleeker, and the difference it makes in keeping out the heat and glare is amazing. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting their windows tinted. Five stars all the way!

I have had three vehicles tinted here and can't complain in the slightest. Everyone is so straight forward and honest with you about pricing and options. I have read bad reviews and I'm fairly certain they come from people who didn't follow care instructions, or have never been loved. They do great work, on time, and with care. 10/10 will have my next vehicle tinted with them.

Jake’s Custom Auto & Window Tint has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Yakima. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on providing quality work and service. They take the time to answer questions, explain the products, and help you choose what best fits your needs. From start to finish they were professional, welcoming, and timely. I couldn’t be happier with how my tint turned out and the overall experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

Wasn't expecting to get set up for a custom tint job so quickly (within hours). Maria is an excellent salesperson and very friendly. Pedro and Logan are true artisans in this craft. Very, very happy with the ceramic tint. Felt like family showing up here. Many thanks and much love to Jake's Custom Window Tinting & Graphics!

Jakes was very quick and professional. Jake took the time to test my window tint and compare product % of tint with me to get the best match for what I was looking for. I highly recommend doing business with this company 👍
