Professional, helpful, and customer‑focused. JB Mobile Detailing is the place to go for window tinting and PPF. We’ve now had two cars done by them back to back and are very happy repeat customers. Jose, the owner, provided clear, valuable advice and stood behind the full installation of XPEL Prime XR Plus—sunscreen protection, heat rejection, UV protection, a light factory‑like tint, California‑compliant setup, and a comprehensive warranty for any repair or replacement. Pricing is fair and reflects the high quality of work, their supportive attitude, and prompt turnaround. Jose and Cristhian, the technicians who did the work, delivered excellent, detailed workmanship. Overall, JB Mobile Detailing has a real eye for detail and pride in their craft.

If I could give them a 10, I would. They are XPEL certified for all Fusion products and performed flawlessly. Emely is a fantastic employee and worthy of special praise. I called San Jose office and asked about Menlo Park facility as no one was present at 7:45am. I brought my car back at 10am, they unexpectedly gave me a loaner, and picked up my car 2 days later...I couldn't believe it was really my car. A little expensive, but totally worth it and justified. The results are beyond fantastic.

JB mobile detailing happens to be really close to where I used to work, so it was one of my first choices and deciding to do a detailing. We haven’t done a detail since we bought the car two years ago, so this was a long time coming. Emely was happy to help us when I arrived, and made the process seamless, and outlined the turnaround time, and also help me with explaining a potential tinting of our windows, and gave us an estimate on that. When I returned for the car, the car was immaculate, so clean you‘d think you don’t even need to buy a car for the next 25 years. We also have a dog that drives in the car frequently, not to mention whatever stains and since we’re in the car from the previous owner, and even then, the car looked fantastic, the rugs look like freshly mowed lawn, and it was just spotless. With JB being so close to the house, and how well of a job they did, on top of Emely’s customer service, I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience with this detailing company! I originally booked an exterior detail with wax, but due to what the owner explained was likely an AI booking issue, the team ended up completing both the interior and exterior of my car. When I pointed it out, the owner immediately took responsibility and only charged me for the exterior service I had originally requested. Not only does my car look fantastic, but their honesty and customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with a business that values doing the right thing and puts its customers first. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

I’m very happy with the work they did at the San Carlos location! I took my car in to have some scratches removed, and it came out looking brand new. The price was very reasonable, and they were professional, friendly, and fast. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them!
