I got a flat tire in a Piper Warrior at KBED. The ground controller arranged for Jet Aviation to tow my plane (I had no choice-I wanted tow it myself). The attendant that performed the tow was nice. Jet billed me $500 for a 20 minute job. Seems incredibly excessive or even criminal for when you have no say in the matter.

All the fuel service and line service personnel were helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Because we were C.A.A., all our event, handling and facility fees were waived.

The place is clean very organized The staff was not so friendly, sort felt the prejudice vibe while I was there, also to make it clear, no one disrespected me but it felt that way based on how they were behaving.
